Harlow Glass has a wealth of experience in the production of bespoke architectural glass panels and structures.  Our access and relationship with experienced suppliers and fabricators allows us to provide solutions to deal with regulation requirements, aesthetic design intents or a combination of both.  Our in-house glass design expertise allows us to work closely with our own or other sub-contractors to produce a finalised installation.  Only by understanding and detailing architectural glass at the design stage can a fully resolved installation take place successfully, and Harlow Glass have the knowledge to ensure this is achieved.

Glass Lift Shaft

Glazed Lift Shafts

Glass lift shafts can provide the opportunity to showcase both the lift itself within the building and the building to the lift users.  Harlow Glass can design, supply, and install a range of approaches to achieve the desired aesthetic including framed, frameless and point fixed.  Panels can be cut and shaped around lift fittings and panels can be made partially or fully opaque to mask mechanisms where required.

Bespoke Glass Screens

Glass screens are increasingly being used both internally and externally as an architectural feature.  Visually distorting patterns such as reeded glass can provide a degree of privacy while maximising light.  While digitally printed and coloured laminated interlayers mean that dividing screens have limitless possibilities.  Screens can be fully framed, can have frameless vertical joints or can even be installed to appear completely frameless.  Harlow Glass can assist from specification to final product.

Architectural Wall Panels

Wall panels and cladding options have moved on drastically from traditional mirrors or back painted glass.  Modern glass laminating techniques now mean that a vast range of materials can be captured in the glass panel, resulting in a visually stunning effect.  Combining this with lighting or joinery effect can give designers free range to realise their vision.  Harlow Glass can assist working in both CAD and BIM to aid in visualisation with clients.
